Meet the Executive Director,
Stacey Lee

Working with seniors is Stacey’s passion, and because of that, she has spent the last 25 years in healthcare, working with seniors in many capacities. With her background in Social Work, Stacey can connect with our residents on multiple levels, ensuring they get the care they deserve each day, as well as someone to advocate for them when needed.

When Stacey is not at the community, you can find her enjoying time spent with her family and pets.

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
